2023 Hunan Cultural Tourism Consumption Season kicks off

A series of tourism products will be provided to unleash the vitality of cultural tourism consumption. Meanwhile, a variety of consumption season activities will be carried out to benefit the public and meet the diversified needs of consumers.
On the scene, Hunan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism issued the “Measures to Promote the Revitalization of Cultural Tourism in Hunan”, and the People’s Government of Chenzhou City introduced an incentive policy for the activity of “500,000 Hong Kong and Macao tourists’ travel to Chenzhou”.
Changsha, a national cultural tourism consumption demonstration city, representatives of the OTA platforms and leaders of the Hunan Cuisine Industry Promotion Association released preferential policies for many cultural tourism consumption activities.
Partners like the Hong Kong Association of Small and Medium-sized Travel Agencies and Hunan Self-drive Tour and RV Camping Association were awarded licenses to help Chenzhou attract more tourists.
The 2023 Hunan Cultural Tourism Consumption Season will last for two months. During the event, some cities in the province, national cultural tourism consumption demonstration and pilot cities, and national night cultural tourism consumption clusters will successively launch more than 260 activities, with cultural tourism consumption vouchers worth more than 80 million yuan to be issued.
